Summary
Looking for an O & M specialist will be willing to have someone work remotely. only about 10 hours a month. They would be able to start some compensatory services right away as soon as they are onboarded.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree: A degree from an accredited university is required, preferably in special education or a related field. O&M Coursework: Completion of specific O&M coursework, which can be part of a master’s degree or a graduate certificate program. Internship: A supervised internship is required, often ranging from 350 to over 400 hours of direct, hands-on field experience.
