Learning Ladders Preschool is a faith-based preschool dedicated to providing a loving, safe, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. We are currently seeking energetic, caring, and dependable Preschool Teachers to join our amazing team!

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- School hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Work schedules vary
- We follow the Duval County Public School Calendar, allowing you to enjoy many of the same holidays and breaks.
Responsibilities
- Supervise children at all times to ensure their health, safety, and well-being.
- diaper changes and potty training assistance
- Communication with parents/families
- Encourage children's social, emotional, language, and cognitive development through play and structured learning.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom.
- Observe and document children's progress and communicate effectively with parents.
- Work collaboratively with coworkers to support school programs and events.
- Follow all licensing regulations, school policies, and health and safety procedures.
- Model Christian values through kindness, respect, patience, and compassion in daily interactions.
Qualifications
- Completion of the DCF 45-Hour Child Care Training (required)
- Minimum of one year of experience working with young children in a structured preschool or childcare setting
- Passion for early childhood education and child development
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to commit to at least one full school year
