Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Legal Retainer to join our legal team. The primary focus of this role is to handle immigration matters, specifically related to L1 and EB5 visa processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of immigration laws and procedures and will act as a crucial support to our legal team, ensuring that all immigration-related cases are managed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling companies’ litigations in USA.
- Assist in the preparation, filing, and management of L1 and EB5 visa applications and petitions.
- Manage employment-based immigration matters, including Green Card processing and related filings.
- Draft and review immigration petitions, support letters, legal documents, and responses to RFEs (Requests for Evidence).
- Ensure compliance with U.S. immigration laws and USCIS regulations.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance on immigration matters.
- Conduct thorough legal research on immigration laws, policies, and procedures to support casework.
- Prepare and review legal documents, including petitions, affidavits, and other required forms.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, providing them with updates and guidance throughout the immigration process.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with government agencies, such as USCIS, and other relevant authorities to follow up on case status and resolve any issues.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, interviews, and other legal proceedings.
- Keep up to date with changes in immigration laws and regulations and provide insights to the legal team.
- Provide general support to the legal team, including administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, particularly related to L1 and EB5 visas.
- Proven experience in handling immigration matters, with a strong understanding of visa application processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- BAR License is must for the candidate

Pay: $5,131.62 - $10,825.18 per month
