Kimball & Beecher Family Dentistry is looking for a positive and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to help support scheduling and patient communication across our multi-location practice.
This is an important role on our team, as you are often the first voice patients hear and a key part of keeping our days running smoothly.
What You’ll Do

Answer and manage inbound calls for all Kimball & Beecher locations

Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently

Assist patients with billing and insurance questions

Collect payments over the phone

Review and send patient statements

Maintain accurate patient records

Help ensure every patient interaction is professional, helpful, and welcoming
