Pompano Precision Products is a growing and busy AS9100D/ISO 13485:2016 precision machine shop serving the medical, aerospace, and marine industries. We are looking for a qualified CNC mill machinist to perform set ups and run jobs. We have DMG Mori and HAAS mills.
Duties will include:
- Set up and operate 3,4, & 5 axis CNC mills.
- Inspection of parts during production to maintain quality throughout the run
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation
- Setting tools and editing programs
- Maintaining good housekeeping practices in work area
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Coordinate daily work flow with production management
- Use of shop floor inspection equipment
- Opportunities to get into Fusion360 programming
- Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of milling set-up and machining experience.
