ABAparaTi is seeking a Spanish/English Bilingual BHT-ABA to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism and developmental delays in home, school, and community settings throughout Philadelphia.
Our BHT-ABAs receive ongoing support and supervision from a BCBA/LBS while helping children build communication, social, play, adaptive, and independence skills.

What You'll Do
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA/LBS supervision
- Teach communication, social, play, adaptive, and independence skills
- Implement behavior-reduction and skill-building strategies
- Collect accurate session data and complete documentation
- Collaborate with caregivers, school staff, and the clinical team
- Participate in supervision and professional development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism, developmental disabilities, behavioral needs, or related populations preferred
- ABA, daycare, early childhood, school, or behavioral health experience preferred
- 40-hour ABA/RBT training 2026
- PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal Background, FBI Fingerprinting, and Mandated Reporter clearances required
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations within Philadelphia
- Ability to lift approximately 20–25 lbs and participate in active, play-based sessions
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $22.00–$24.75/hour based on experience, education, and certification
Hours: Part-time, approximately 10–25 hours per week
Schedule: Weekday after-school availability between 4:00 PM–7:00 PM strongly preferred
Setting: Home, school, and community-based services
