As a Clinic-Based BCBA at The ITD Group, you will provide clinical leadership and supervision for ABA services delivered at our Conyers, GA clinic location (2415 Wall Street, Conyers, GA 30013).
This role is ideal for a BCBA who thrives in a structured clinic environment, values face-to-face collaboration with families and staff, and wants to be part of a supportive team that prioritizes quality over quantity.
Required:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Active Georgia LBA license (or eligibility to obtain)
Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA services
Strong clinical skills in conducting FBAs and developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to supervise, mentor, and train RBTs effectively
Proficiency with data collection systems and ABA software (Motivity experience preferred)
Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to BACB guidelines
Willingness and ability to complete thorough clinical documentation promptly and accurately
Ability to pass a background check
Preferred:
Experience in clinic-based ABA service delivery
Background in early intervention or working with young children with autism
Safety Care training certification
Experience with transdisciplinary team collaboration
Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for clinic-based clients
Design and oversee skill acquisition programs targeting communication, social skills, daily living, and play
Provide direct supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs and clinical staff
Monitor client progress through data analysis and make data-driven treatment modifications
Collaborate with families, positioning them as active partners in their child's progress
Participate in parent training sessions and caregiver coaching
Utilize AAC devices and interactive game systems to enhance therapy engagement
Work collaboratively with our transdisciplinary team and Clinical Director
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including comprehensive session notes documenting that medically necessary services were delivered in accordance with treatment plans
Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and ethical standards
Participate in regular team meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportunities
