About the Role:
As a Compassionate Caregiver with Care Connect at Home, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are seeking reliable, compassionate HHAs or CNAs to join our team in St. Lucie County, FL. If you enjoy helping others and want a schedule that works for you, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Helping with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Meal prep and feeding assistance
- Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes)
- Following personalized care plans
- Reporting any changes in condition to our team
Requirements:
- Florida HHA certificate or CNA license
- CPR certification
- Current TB test
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
- Hoyer Lift Experience*
- Ability to pass a Level II background check
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional
