Responsibilities
- Generate your own leads through door-to-door outreach, networking, referrals, and community engagement
- Perform roofing and window inspections (training provided)
- Educate homeowners on damage, solutions, and insurance-related opportunities
- Manage your pipeline, follow-ups, and customer relationships
- Close deals and guide customers from inspection to installation
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable generating your own leads
- Coachable and able to follow a proven sales process
- Reliable transportation required
- No experience necessary — we provide full training
