Master Painter – Full-Time, Year-Round Work
We are hiring an experienced Master Painter to join a professional residential painting team that values quality, consistency, and strong work ethic. This role is ideal for painters who are motivated by competitive pay, steady hours, and long-term stability.
Pay & Earnings
- $22–$28 per hour starting, based on experience
- Painters working at approximately $25/hr can earn up to ~$68,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses
- Weekly, consistent work — no seasonal layoffs
What You’ll Do
- Perform high-quality residential and light commercial repaint work
- Follow proven systems for prep, protection, application, and cleanup
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and professional conduct
- Meet production and quality standards on every project
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional painting experience (required)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results
