McSweeney Langevin is a very busy, team oriented Minneapolis mass tort law firm. We currently have an opening for a part-time Receptionist. Our firm has a friendly atmosphere and a great team dynamic.
Responsibilities
- Speaking with clients by phone
- Greeting in office visitors
- Sending letters to clients
- Various Other Tasks
Qualifications
- Proficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Must be organized, pay attention to detail and be able to multi-task
The hours are Monday - Thursday 8:30-4:30.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
