Saline Care Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated, organized, and compassionate Dietary Manager to lead our Dietary Department. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring our residents receive nutritious, high-quality meals while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.

Direct and oversee the daily operations of the Dietary Department.
Plan, coordinate, and implement nutritious menus that meet physician orders and residents' dietary needs.
Ensure compliance with therapeutic diets, texture modifications, and nutritional guidelines.
Supervise, schedule, train, and mentor dietary staff.
Maintain high standards for food preparation, service, sanitation, and kitchen safety.
Manage food ordering, inventory, and departmental budgets.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing dietary services.
Collaborate with nursing staff, administration, and the interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans.
Promote a positive dining experience that enhances resident satisfaction and quality of life.
Monitor food safety, infection prevention, and sanitation practices throughout the department.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Previous Dietary Manager or Dietary Supervisor experience preferred.
Long-term care, skilled nursing, or healthcare dietary experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of nutrition standards, therapeutic diets, and food safety regulations.
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification preferred but not required.
Candidates who are not currently certified must be willing to obtain CDM certification, with assistance available for qualified candidates.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
