Responsibilities

- Manage daily classroom routines, behavior management strategies, and child welfare practices to ensure a positive learning experience.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, developmental milestones, and any concerns or achievements.
- Incorporate specialized knowledge such as special education techniques and early intervention strategies to support diverse learners.
- Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor developmental progress and tailor instruction accordingly.
- Maintain compliance with mandated reporting laws and uphold health and safety protocols including first aid and CPR certifications.
