Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
- Prepare and serve food items while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Operate the cash register efficiently, processing transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized.
- Upsell products by effectively communicating specials and promotions to customers.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
