About Pinnacle Performance & Wellness
Pinnacle Performance & Wellness is a performance-based, multidisciplinary rehab center located in Scottsdale. We specialize in helping active adults, runners, golfers, lifters, and athletes stay active and perform at their best.
Our team includes Doctors of Physical Therapy, a licensed massage therapist, and a sports performance coach, allowing us to provide comprehensive care under one roof.

What You’ll Do
As our Patient Experience Coordinator, you’ll help ensure our clinic runs smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience to every client.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome clients and create a positive first impression
- Schedule new patient evaluations and follow-up appointments
- Respond promptly to phone calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries
- Follow up with prospective clients and leads
- Coordinate community workshops, events, and marketing initiatives
- Assist with social media content and engagement
- Collect payments and assist with patient onboarding
- Keep the front office organized, clean, and running efficiently
- Collaborate with our providers to deliver a seamless client experience
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes
- Help execute new projects and initiatives alongside the clinic owner
Who You Are

Experience in healthcare, physical therapy, chiropractic, fitness, hospitality, or customer service is a plus—but attitude, work ethic, and personality matter most.
