We're looking for a motivated, goal-oriented Business Development Representative to generate new sales opportunities here at McLeod Software. In this role, you'll connect with prospective customers through outbound outreach and inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for our sales team. What You'll Do
- Conduct prospecting and cold-calling efforts to transportation and logistics companies.
- Respond to inbound leads and marketing-generated inquiries.
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Sales Managers.
- Maintain CRM records and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to drive business growth.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in lead generation, business development, sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Transportation or logistics industry experience is a plus.
