Make a Difference in the Place Our Residents Call Home
Are you a hands-on facilities professional who takes pride in keeping a building safe and running smoothly? Are you someone who can troubleshoot a problem, organize a team, and follow a project through to completion?
ActivCare 4S Ranch is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the physical environment of our residential memory-care community. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance or facilities professional who enjoys being both a leader and a hands-on problem solver.

Experience in senior living, skilled nursing, assisted living, hospitality, apartment communities, commercial facilities, or other regulated environments is valuable. We are especially interested in candidates who have demonstrated leadership ability and strong hands-on maintenance skills.
