This is a full-time position consisting of 40 hours per week, scheduled as four 10-hour shifts, giving you three days off every week.
Compensation
- W-2 Employee
- Guaranteed minimum pay in accordance with Illinois wage requirements

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional hair services while creating an outstanding guest experience.
- Build long-term guest relationships through consultation, education, and trust.
- Recommend professional home care products to support guest success.
- Participate in ongoing education, coaching, and team development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to create an exceptional salon culture.
Qualifications
- Active Illinois Cosmetology License
- No clientele required
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Coachable with a desire to continue learning and growing
