Schedule: Day Shifts with Weekends, evenings, and holidays
The Daily Nosh is a new breakfast, brunch, and lunch concept in Downtown Roseville focused on quality, hospitality, and genuine guest connection. We’re building a team that takes pride in their craft and creates memorable experiences for every guest.
We’re looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team. This is a fast-paced, guest-facing role responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, delivering excellent service, and supporting both bar guests and service tickets.

Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages to standard

Provide friendly, attentive service to bar guests

Execute service bar tickets quickly and accurately

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar

Check IDs and follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines

Work closely with servers and kitchen to ensure smooth service

Complete opening, closing, and side work duties

Hourly pay + tips

Position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime

Meal and rest breaks provided in accordance with California law

1+ year bartending experience preferred

Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine

Strong multitasking and communication skills

Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Stand and walk for up to 8+ hours per shift

Lift and carry up to 40 lbs (kegs, ice, cases)

Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
