Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing behavioral health team serving clients throughout Phoenix, Arizona. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for clinicians who are committed to delivering high-quality mental health services and helping individuals achieve meaningful progress in their well-being.
The selected candidate will provide therapeutic support, conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Duties
- Provide individual (and when applicable, group) counseling sessions (in-person and/or via telehealth)
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Provide crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and billing standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Manage an assigned caseload of clients
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families
Education
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or related behavioral health field
- Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona (REQUIRED)
- License in good standing and authorized to provide independent clinical services
- Strong knowledge of mental health assessment and treatment planning
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience
- Previous experience in mental health counseling, clinical therapy, or behavioral health settings preferred
- Experience providing individual therapy
- Familiarity with crisis intervention and risk assessment highly desirable
- Experience with evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT) is a plus
- Experience working with diverse populations preferred

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
