Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and quality of service.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians and service advisors, fostering a positive work environment.
- Manage customer interactions, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
- Ensure excellent Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Handle warranty claims efficiently and effectively.
- Implement effective service processes and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Monitor performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the dealership.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in auto service management or a similar role within a dealership environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to provide references demonstrating past successes.
