Apex Media Solutions is looking for a Media Coordinator to manage social media content across multiple brands. We're seeking someone who is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced office.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple social media accounts
- Create graphics using Canva, Adobe, or similar software
- Write captions and marketing content
- Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms
- Maintain content calendars and meet deadlines
- Collaborate with our marketing team to execute campaigns
Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple social media accounts or brands
- Experience with Facebook Business Pages and/or LinkedIn Company Pages
- Canva, Adobe, or similar design experience
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently while following brand guidelines
Requirements
- Full-time, in-office position in Stuart, FL
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Must be able to reliably commute
- No remote or hybrid opportunities

Pay: $35,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
