- Support banking activities such as cash handling, cash management, and basic loan processing
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions about financial services and products
- Process payments accurately using retail math skills and cash handling procedures
- Maintain detailed records of transactions, including 10 key typing for data entry and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience
Skills
- Fluency in English and a second language; strong communication skills in both languages
- Experience in retail sales or banking environments preferred but not required
- Knowledge of financial services, including loan processing and cash management
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and retail math calculations
- Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to perform 10 key typing efficiently and accurately in fast-paced settings
