Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Duties:
- Sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on insurance coverage options
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Process policy applications, renewals, and claims
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Experience:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of insurance products and services
- Experience with sales administration and telemarketing
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities
- Excellent customer service skills
