American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week Labor & Delivery night shift travel contract in Austin, TX, requiring active fetal monitoring certification and a minimum of 1 year of L&D experience.

Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting

Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
-
Active TX or Compact RN license required
-
Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience required

Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)

Intermediate or Advanced AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification or NCCEFM required

NRP Advanced (9th Edition) certification required (American Academy of Pediatrics card)

No certification may expire within the first 30 days of the contract start

US SSN and date of birth required for consideration

One professional reference required (two required if licensed in FL or MO)

No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
