Elite Upgrades is a licensed, locally-owned home improvement contractor serving Southern LA County and Northern Orange County. We're growing, our lead flow is climbing, and we need another closer who can turn appointments into signed jobs.
Here's what makes this different from most sales jobs: we hand you preset, qualified, in-home appointments. No cold calling. No prospecting. No buying your own leads. Our canvassing team and marketing put homeowners on your calendar — your job is to show up, run our proven in-home presentation, and close.
You'd be selling our four core products — roofing, exterior paint, replacement windows, and driveways — one-call-close, with premium products, strong financing options, and a clean, well-respected local brand behind you.
What you'll do
- Run preset in-home appointments with homeowners ready to talk
- Deliver our in-depth, proven sales presentation
- Close deals on the first visit and hold price with discipline
- Represent Elite Upgrades honestly and professionally in people's homes

What we're looking for
- Hungry, driven, and coachable — you want to be great, not just okay
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Available evenings and weekends, when homeowners are home
- Strong communicator who builds trust fast
- Prior sales experience preferred (in-home, roofing, solar, windows, remodeling, or similar) — but a coachable closer with real hustle and references will be considered
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred (a large share of our appointments are with Spanish-speaking homeowners)
Earnings: Commission only (1099), uncapped, paid as a share of each job's profit. A solid producer earns $150,000+/year; our top performers have earned $250,000–$300,000.
