Culture is a new frozen Greek yogurt shop opening on Palm Beach island this fall — real Greek yogurt tang, honey and Mediterranean-inspired toppings, an elevated take on the category. We're hiring our founding General Manager: the person who runs the shop day to day and helps us open it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Before opening (September): Work alongside the founders on build-out punch lists, health inspection prep, hiring and training the opening team, and setting up POS, vendors, and daily routines.
After opening, you'll own daily operations:
- Scheduling, ordering, inventory, and deliveries
- Food safety, cleanliness, and inspection readiness
- Cash handling and daily reporting
- Above all: a warm, polished guest experience that fits Palm Beach
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years managing a food service or hospitality operation (café, scoop shop, QSR, juice bar, or similar) — you've run a team and owned a P&L
- Comfortable with early starts, weekends, and the seasonal rhythm of the island
- Genuinely warm with guests and calm under pressure
- Able to be on-site on Palm Beach island daily
WHAT WE OFFER
- $50,000–$65,000 depending on experience, plus performance bonus
- A founding-team role with real ownership of how the shop runs, and a path to more as we grow
