Job Overview
Helios Energy is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations at our Bellingham, MA location.
This is a short-term position expected to last approximately four months. The Warehouse Associate will work closely with the Warehouse Manager and assist with receiving, organizing, moving, and maintaining materials and inventory within the warehouse.
The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable performing physical warehouse duties in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
· Assist the Warehouse Manager with day-to-day warehouse operations.
· Receive, organize, and properly store materials and products.
· Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials as needed.
· Move materials and equipment throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
· Assist with inventory organization and stock management.
· Help maintain accurate organization of warehouse materials and supplies.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
· Assist with general warehouse tasks and projects as assigned.
· Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
· Work collaboratively with warehouse and field team members as needed.
Qualifications
· Previous warehouse, construction, labor, or similar experience is preferred but not required.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Dependable and able to work with minimal supervision.
· Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
· Basic math and communication skills.
· Ability to safely perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials.
· Forklift or warehouse equipment experience is a plus.
Schedule
· Monday to Friday
· Day shift
· Overtime may be available based on business needs.
Compensation
$18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Position Duration
This is a temporary/short-term position expected to last approximately four months. At the end of this period, Helios Energy will evaluate its staffing needs and determine whether continued employment opportunities are available.
