Compensation is primarily commission-based and not guaranteed; actual earnings depend on performance.
What You'll Do
Run in-home consultations, understand each client's needs and budget, put together design solutions with our design team, present proposals with confidence, and follow up until the homeowner decides. You'll manage your pipeline in our CRM and work closely with design, estimating, and production.
What We're Looking For
Successful sales experience in residential remodeling, home improvement, cabinetry, construction, or another high-ticket, in-home sales environment. Strong communication and closing skills, comfort discussing significant investments, a valid driver's license, and flexibility for some evenings and Saturdays.
Nice to have: kitchen or bath sales experience, a $1M+ sales track record, or familiarity with 20/20 Design. Coming from another high-ticket, in-home sales background? We'd still love to hear from you.
A Note on Pace
This is a relationship-driven sales role, not a 9-to-5. Expect appointments Monday through Saturday and real time invested in your pipeline. Our top earners work hard for it, and the compensation reflects that.
