Client Support Specialist – FMT TREASURE COAST
Henderson Behavioral Health is seeking Client Support Specialists. This position requires that the candidate possess a Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. The candidate must possess strong customer service skills, a high level of interpersonal relation skills (verbal and written), and strong computer literacy in all Microsoft Office Software. Candidate should be a team player and be able to display flexibility in adapting to changing conditions. Human Services field experience preferred: including any experience in medical mental health office practice, and/or experience working with persons experiencing disabilities, homelessness, or a serious mental health diagnosis. This is an entry level position with opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Experience in medical mental health office practice, and/or experience working with persons experiencing disabilities, homelessness, or with a serious mental health diagnosis.
- Minimum of two (2) years working in an office setting with primary focus in medical office procedures is preferred, will consider right candidate.
- Work experience with adults with human-services needs desired.
- Customer Service/Administrative role experience
- This is a direct service position.
