Requirements:
The Dishwasher plays a vital role in keeping the restaurant running smoothly. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, cookware, and kitchen equipment while supporting the team with a safe and organized back-of-house environment.

Sort, rinse, wash, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.

Properly stack and store clean items in designated areas.

Rewash and inspect items to ensure cleanliness standards are met before use.

Assist with setting up and breaking down the dishwashing area.

Ensure all dishwashing equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Monitor dish machine wash and rinse temperatures and notify management of any issues.

Change dish machine water as required and maintain cleaning and sanitizing solutions.

Help maintain a clean, safe, sanitary, and accident-free restaurant environment.

Remove trash and recyclables and transport them to designated disposal areas.

Sweep and mop kitchen floors to maintain a clean workspace.

Clean mats, sinks, and work areas throughout each shift.

Assist with general cleaning tasks both inside and around the restaurant property.

Work closely with kitchen and restaurant team members to support smooth daily operations.

Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to contribute to the team’s success.
