The Entry-Level Service Advisor serves as the welcoming face of our service department and a crucial support system for our advisory team. This role focuses heavily on the initial customer greeting, assisting with vehicle drop-offs and active deliveries, and conducting follow-up calls. You will gain hands-on experience by assisting main advisors with repair order write-ups, making this an ideal stepping stone into a career in automotive service advising. No extensive automotive experience is required; we provide the training if you bring a positive attitude and a passion for outstanding customer service.
Valid Driver's License with clean driving record is required.
