Job Title: Regional Manager

The Regional Manager will serve as the senior operational and strategic leader for an assigned ATI branch and its associated satellite locations (if applicable). This role is responsible for delivering exceptional operational execution, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and team development within the region. The Regional Manager drives sustainable growth by ensuring ATI's standards, processes, safety protocols, and cultural values are consistently upheld across all service lines.
As an influential leader within ATI, the Regional Manager sets the tone for excellence-guiding teams, developing leaders, and shaping the branch's strategic direction while delivering an ATI best-in-class customer experience. The Regional Manager will be driven by, and have alignment with ATI's passion to instrumentally help people recover from property losses related to restoration, environmental remediation, and reconstruction.
