RLCA is seeking a dedicated and passionate Middle School Math Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year.
We are looking for someone who loves teaching math, leads with a strong Christian faith, and connects well with students. This role focuses on teaching Middle School Math subjects while also nurturing students’ spiritual growth.
Our ideal candidate is committed to creating an engaging, Christ-honoring classroom environment where students are challenged, supported, and inspired.
- Teach Middle School Math subjects based on RLCA academic standards
- Create a welcoming, structured, and Christ-centered classroom environment
- Adapt lessons to meet a variety of learning styles and academic levels
- Support students’ spiritual and academic development
- Communicate consistently with students, families, and staff
- Serve as a positive Christian role model in both word and action
- Participate in professional development and collaborate with colleagues
- A personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Passion for teaching math and mentoring students
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Teaching certificate and CPR certification (preferred)
- A team-oriented mindset and a heart for Christian education
