Possession of a current Louisiana license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) plus:
A master's degree in social work followed by three years of social services experience.

Job Duties:
As a Licensed Clinician you will provide compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services to children, youth, and adults experiencing mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess client needs, develop individualized treatment plans, coordinate care, and support clients and their families on their path to recovery.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for children, youth, and adults with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.

Provide individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, case management, and supportive counseling to help clients achieve their treatment goals.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, schools, community providers, and other support systems to coordinate comprehensive behavioral health services.

Monitor client progress, revise individualized Plans of Care as needed, and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

Connect clients and families with community resources while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, professional ethics, organizational policies, and Louisiana licensing standards.

Manage a diverse caseload, participate in staff development and quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered behavioral health team dedicated to improving outcomes across the lifespan.
