A Dent Society Sales Associate is responsible for locating hail-damaged vehicles, educating vehicle owners about our services, and converting those interactions into appointments and closed sales. Your role will include:
- Proactively engaging with vehicle owners to identify their needs and explain the benefits of paintless dent repair (PDR) for hail repair,
- Educate customers on the Dent Society difference – from our streamlined claim support to our zero-deductible offers and mobile inspection service,
- Build trust through clear, confident communication and personalized service from first contact to final delivery,
- Assist clients with insurance claim processing and provide updates throughout the repair journey,
- Manage inquiries via phone, text, and in person, while maintaining a professional and friendly tone,
- Collaborate with teammates and management to exceed weekly and monthly sales goals,
- Maintain detailed records of leads, appointments, follow-ups, and customer feedback using modern CRM tools,
- Represent Dent Society at local events, pop-up locations, and community outreach programs when needed.
This is an active, face-to-face role involving door-to-door outreach, attending car events, and setting up promotional tables at gas stations, car washes, and public spaces. Sales experience helps but is not necessary. Must have a good attitude and be teachable.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week
