About the Role
Peak Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Warranty Services Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of new, factory-built manufactured home communities. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing warranty services for newly delivered homes, ensuring quality standards are met and homeowners receive an outstanding experience.
You’ll play a key role in managing warranty requests, conducting field inspections, and supporting the delivery and ongoing performance of homes within our communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, track, and coordinate warranty service requests for newly delivered homes
- Conduct home inspections, punch walks, and pre-closing/orientation walkthroughs
- Verify completed work and close out warranty items
- Serve as a liaison between homeowners, vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate documentation, photos, and warranty records in company systems
- Perform minor repairs and assist with onsite issue assessments
- Support community teams with recurring inspections and follow-ups
- Pick up and deliver materials or parts as needed to support service completion
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in warranty coordination, construction, maintenance, or property management
- Experience with work order systems and field inspections
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile field applications
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel throughout the DFW area
- Experience with manufactured or factory-built housing is a plus
Work Environment
- Combination of office and field-based work within residential communities
- Regular local travel between community locations
- Physical activity including walking sites, light repairs, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs)
