Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Shuttle Driver to provide exceptional transportation services for our guests at our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting guests to and from designated locations while ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide timely transportation services for guests to various locations, including airports, attractions, and other points of interest.
- Assist guests with luggage and ensure a comfortable ride by maintaining cleanliness and organization within the shuttle.
- Communicate effectively with guests, providing information about the hotel and local attractions.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, including passenger counts and any incidents that occur during transportation.
- Collaborate with hotel staff to coordinate shuttle schedules and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality management by creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred, particularly in hotel or resort settings.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with phone systems used in hospitality settings is advantageous.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive guest relations and enhance the overall experience.
