What type of Fleet Mechanic are we looking for?
Nautical Boat Club is the nation’s only Boating Country Club® and the top reviewed boat club franchise in the United States. We are dedicated to providing our members with a Country Club level of service. We have a growing membership, with DFW locations on Lake Lewisville, Lake Grapevine, and Lake Ray Hubbard. Our members enjoy access to a fleet of more than 55 top-of-the-line brand boats and a massive inventory of premium water sports equipment.
As the Fleet Mechanic of Nautical Boat Club, you will ensure the fleet is fit for use day in and day out. You’ll spend your time ensuring the fleet is fit for use by conducting routine preventative maintenance and unscheduled repairs as the need arises. You’ll be required to prioritize multiple tasks, have an eye for detail and communicate with the Club’s management team. You will have a strong entrepreneurial mindset to achieve goals within budget. And you will be willing to work flexible hours aligned with the Club’s operations.
What work will you perform?
-Perform routine maintenance in compliance with manufacturer's specifications.
-Perform repairs from damage to mechanical and electrical failure.
-Log routine maintenance.
What skills you will bring
- Boat mechanic experience.
- Self motivated.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- The ability to work outdoors.
