Retail + Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
We’re looking for a grounded, heart-centered, creative, team player to join our magical space.
The Healing Portal is more than just a Wellness Center & Crystal Shop—it’s a sanctuary of healing, community, and soulful connection.
Location: The Healing Portal – Ventura, CA
Hours: Up to 25 hours/week, some flexibility within the week, within Tues-Sat, 12-6. Some Sundays infrequently for events and pop-ups

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist customers with purchases, questions, and a warm, welcoming experience
- Package in-store and online orders with care and intention
- Restock and maintain clean, beautiful, energetically aligned displays
- Upload products to Shopify and TikTok with accuracy and appeal
- Back-up Support social media and local visibility (IG, FB, Google, Nextdoor, etc.)
- Help keep the space flowing smoothly—physically and energetically
Skills + Systems
- Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Canva
- Shopify + Square
- Google Business, Yelp, Nextdoor
- Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Crystal knowledge = ✨ Bonus!
Requirements
- Proficient keyboarding (by touch)
- Reliable transportation and ability to drive for occasional errands
- Comfortable working in a Windows environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
