Responsibilities
- Operate cherry picker, reach truck, and forklift equipment safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners or warehouse systems
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Perform general warehouse labor including cleaning and organizing work areas
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
- Follow company safety procedures and OSHA regulations at all times
- Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
- Support team members and assist in other warehouse duties as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience operating cherry picker, reach truck, or forklift required
- Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification
- General warehouse or labor experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working at heights and in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of warehouse equipment and RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Reliable attendance, teamwork, and communication skills
- Flexible to work overtime and weekends when required
