Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Virtual (PRN/Part-Time)Join the Chances & Dreams Family!
Chances & Dreams is a growing, family-centered pediatric ABA clinic dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential through compassionate, evidence-based care. We are currently seeking a PRN/Part-Time Virtual BCBA to join our team and provide clinical oversight and support to our therapists and families.

Responsibilities
- Conduct and oversee ABA assessments and treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision to RBTs in accordance with BACB and payer requirements
- Collaborate closely with the Lead RBT, who serves as the primary on-site point of contact and support person within the clinic
- Maintain regular communication with the Lead RBT regarding client progress, programming updates, staff support needs, and day-to-day clinical operations
- Analyze client data and make treatment recommendations
- Complete treatment plans, reassessments, and insurance authorization reports
- Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration sessions
- Ensure documentation is completed accurately and timely
- Collaborate with the clinical and operations team to provide exceptional care
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Texas LBA (or ability to obtain)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with the team
- Experience and/or Knowledge with Rethink (a plus, not a must have)
