Job description:
Looking for an experienced water softener installer to handle residential installs in Broward County on a per-job subcontract basis.
This is hands-on install work: softeners, carbon filtration, and under-sink RO systems in single-family homes. You’ll be working independently, so I need someone who has done this before and doesn’t need supervision on site.
What the work looks like
Set and plumb residential softeners and carbon tanks. Bypass valve, drain line, brine tank, startup and programming. Under-sink RO installs. Clean, respectful work in the customer’s home — drop cloths, clean up, walk the homeowner through the system before you leave.
Requirements
- Prior hands-on water softener installation experience (this is not a general plumbing role — please only apply if you’ve set softeners before)
- Active Florida plumbing license
- General liability insurance
- Own truck and tools
- Based in or regularly working Broward County
- Reliable, on time, good with homeowners

1099 subcontractor, paid per job on completion. Scope confirmed before you’re dispatched. Broward County only at this time.
Pay: $150.00 - $750.00 per day
