We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, allowing them to tackle various maintenance and repair tasks efficiently. Duties
Able to fix decking , fence , windows , siding , run cat6 and hang security cameras
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
- Utilize tools and equipment effectively to complete tasks such as fixing leaks, installing fixtures, and repairing drywall.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify issues that require attention.
- Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management regarding repairs or maintenance needs.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all tools are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects as needed.
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role with a strong background in maintenance and repair work.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as an ohmmeter.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A valid driver’s license may be required based on job responsibilities.
