Legacy Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturing company in Newbury, OH to hire a Senior Maintenance Technician. This is a full-time opportunity with a pay range of $30.00 $36.00/hour based on experience and skill level. This role focuses on troubleshooting advanced manufacturing equipment, maintaining facility systems, and improving production uptime in a highly automated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled production machinery and automated systems
- Support conveyors, pumps, motors, robotics, and facility infrastructure
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance
- Install, relocate, and upgrade production equipment and electrical systems
- Modify wiring, run conduit, and update circuits as needed
- Collaborate with outside contractors on repairs and upgrades
- Mentor junior technicians and support maintenance leadership
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and PLC experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
- Ability to work independently and solve complex issues
- Trade school, apprenticeship, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
