Responsibilities Include:
Managing daily center operations
Supporting and mentoring teachers
Building strong relationships with families
Maintaining licensing compliance and records
Coordinating enrollment and scheduling
Leading staff training and professional development
Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children
