Location: NY 14456
Pay: $1,063 – $1,204/week
Schedule: Minimum 24 hours per 4-week period (3 shifts), including 2 weekend shifts; 1 holiday shift required on winter contracts; orientation on Tuesday or Thursday
Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care under RN supervision
Collect and report resident data to RN and interdisciplinary team
Assist in creating and updating developmentally appropriate care plans
Maintain resident safety, follow policies, and adhere to infection control standards
Participate in mentoring/orientation and maintain clinical competency
NY LPN Licensure (Required)
BLS certification (AHA or RQI)
Minimum 1 year LPN experience in a long-term care setting
Knowledge of adult and geriatric care
