Some responsibilities include
-Loving and creating a bond with children and parents
-Creating fulfilling and engaging lesson plans
-Keeping up with paperwork (portfolios. ASQ’s, and name-to-face sheets)
-Maintaining safety in the classroom
-Following all center and state policies regarding health and safety
-Creating and maintaining good communication with families
-Ensuring that classroom is stocked with needed supplies prior to that start of the day
-Keeping classroom clean and organized
