R+H Aesthetic Medicine is a luxury, safety-focused medical aesthetics practice with locations in Roseville, West Sacramento, and Lake Tahoe. We are known for our safe, expert, and results-driven approach to care. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Content Assistant to join our small, close-knit marketing team and help bring our brand to life across social media and digital channels.
This is a part-time, in-person role that supports our Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy. You will assist with the day-to-day capture, creation, and organization of content across all three locations. We are looking for someone with good instincts, a genuine love of social media, and the initiative to show up and capture real moments beautifully.
What You Will Do
Content Capture
- Travel between our Roseville, West Sacramento, and Lake Tahoe locations
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments with our providers, team, treatments, trainings, events, and office environment
- Film short videos, take photos, and help document daily practice life in a polished and brand-appropriate way
- Attend occasional events or off-site moments that represent the R+H brand
Social Media & Visual Content
- Film, edit, and draft Instagram Reels, Stories, and feed posts
- Create Canva graphics, Reel covers, and story templates
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar tools
- Draft captions, hooks, and short social copy for review
- Help promote services, specials, events, education, and announcements
Organization & Marketing Support
- Maintain organized content folders and clearly label photos, videos, and assets
- Help track content across locations so the marketing team can easily access and use materials
- Monitor Google and Yelp reviews and draft responses for review and approval
- Update before-and-after galleries as directed
- Support website updates, blog drafts, and other marketing projects as needed
Brand Standards
- Uphold the luxury, clinical, natural, and elevated aesthetic of the R+H brand
- Follow HIPAA, patient privacy, and written photo/video consent standards without exception
- Learn and apply our brand voice, visual standards, and content approval process
What We Are Looking For
Required:
- Comfortable using Instagram, including Reels and Stories
- Willing and able to film, photograph, and work behind the camera
- Basic editing skills using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and self-motivated
- Warm, professional, and respectful communication style
- Able to travel between our locations as scheduled
- Trustworthy and discreet in a medical environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a medical, wellness, spa, beauty, or aesthetics setting
- Social media or content creation experience, including personal projects
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar creative tools
- Interest in medical aesthetics, beauty, skincare, and luxury brand marketing
- A positive, team-first attitude and eagerness to learn
What This Role Is Not
This is not a remote position and it is not a strategy-only role. Prior formal marketing experience is not required. This is a hands-on creative support role for someone who enjoys being in the room, capturing real moments, staying organized, and helping a beautiful brand show up consistently and authentically.
