This role will assist in the successful project delivery for a wide range of project types and scales throughout New York City and the greater metro area. Responsibilities
- Perform MEP and architectural inspections on works throughout and surrounding New York City, in accordance with applicable code
- Guarantee seamless project delivery
- Manage and deliver all milestones through each project life cycle
- Prepare and execute accurate detailed reporting and associated documentation timely
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or architecture (mechanical engineering preferred)
- ICC Commercial Mechanical Certification
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in engineering and Special Inspections
- Expertise working onsite and conforming to drawings, specifications, and the inspection plan(s)
- Strong familiarity with local code requirements and associated governing agencies
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with colleagues and clients of all levels
- Excellent planning, organization, and detail orientation skills
- Experience working with contractors, time frame management, and industry applied methods
